DESTRUCTIVE TECHNOLOGY
A customer of a minerals processing plant found that the process off-gas contained high levels of hydrocarbons and VOCs that required immediate treatment. The emissions were in excess of regulatory limits, but a wet scrubber could not treat the problem.
ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATORS
The frequent failing of rapper bearings and assemblies at a local coal fired Power station facility (due to poor ongoing performance of their ESP), caused unnecessary plant outages and shutdowns. This resulted in lost production costs and high OPEX costs.
FABRIC FILTERS
A small coal fired power station required a better solution for their current installation, due to local community pressure and tighter emissions regulations. They needed to have the ability to improve emission levels if regulations changed further, and for work to be completed in a limited shutdown window.
MECHANICAL COLLECTORS
An economical method was needed for an ageing coffee site installation, in order to reduce high levels of coffee fines that were exhausting the stack in the final roasting process . The site had a compact assembly, minimal historical data or emissions testing and a simplified solution was needed.
SCRUBBERS
Due to the manual chemical filling of large volume storage dosing tanks, a customer had both OH&S and environmental problems when filling their tankers. They needed a simple standard scrubber solution to minimise, for user operation, but also to be copied across multiple sites and states relatively quickly.
